So the last time we went out of town, our flight out was unceremoniously cancelled. Thankfully, we were spared the nightmare of rebooking and all that – Cebu Pacific moved us to an earlier flight and then graciously gave us free one way tickets for any domestic flight. That led to a choice of where to go next. We chose between two Mindanao destinations, and ended up choosing Davao City for the next leg of our Yuppie domestic tour.

It’s been a couple of weeks since I wrote up on my witribe service’s (non) performance, and people keep landing on this site over a good number of concerns not covered by my review. Well, a friend of mine had problems with her modem a couple of weeks back and I’ve decided to write down some troubleshooting and other tips for those of you who haven’t quite yet come to terms with your witribe 4g internet.
Whines about witribe and random tips and tricks
Author: Reklamadora | Filed under: Random, Rio, Young Underpaid Professionals, Yuppie ExperienceA lot of people have asked me regarding witribe. How’s the service, connection speeds, and customer service. Well, the answer I typically give is: When it’s good, it’s decent, but when it’s bad, you want to hurl it across the room. Some really bad days, I’ve grown to know it as wi-tripe (along the lines of Smart Bro-ken and Smart Bored).
Why witribe sucks hairy rocks: A Review
Author: Reklamadora | Filed under: Features and Essays, Random, Rio, Young Underpaid ProfessionalsAs a belated happy birthday gift to myself, I bought myself a wi-tribe 4g modem. I could’ve bought myself a toy or a book (priorities of a 28 year old), but since I work and play on the Internet, I thought the heck with it, right? Plus, they’ve announced that they’re increasing the speeds across the board – PHP 998 for 2mbps, yeah! – and that new subscribers between November 2 to December 2 are exempt from the subscription lock-in period.

I made a mistake once that I will never forget. Not only did I end up with the wrong person, I BECAME someone I never thought I’d become – insular, self-centered and, worst of all, initially blind to these flaws.
To Which Devices Have You Descended?
Author: Chris S. | Filed under: Creative Non-Fiction, Features and Essays, Old Underpaid Professional: Chris S., Short StoryI hate it when people ask what I do for a living. Sometimes, I am tempted to answer “Chief Cook and Dishwasher” or “Senior Utusan” or just plain “Peon/Pisante” because those occupations are far easier to explain compared to Writer. When I say I am a writer, the follow up questions are “Where do you write,” “What do you write,” and the most dreaded “Where can I read your work?”

Ask any internet marketer about this site and I’m 100% sure that they know it.
The are different author levels in EzineArticles.com and I’ve recently reached the Platinum Level Expert Author. This status allows me to submit an unlimited number of articles and these articles get approved relatively faster. However, there’s more that I didn’t know I would be receiving.
Sa panulat ni Voltz
Ito sana ang ideal na tagpong pampelikula: dapit-hapon sa dalampasigan, walang maririnig kundi ang huni ng mga ibon at paghampas ng mga alon. Holding hands while walking.
Putang ina! Shet! Putang ina! Shet! Shet! Putang ina!” Holding hands while running. Takbo! Read the rest of this entry »

Well, as much as I’d like to say that the reason for us not being able to update earlier was because we’ve been terribly busy, I’d have to admit that I was being lazy. An incredible indolence had possessed me and as of this writing, it’s still clinging persistently onto my back. I haven’t been half as productive as I was during the first week and if you’ve ever tried risking anything in your life before, you’d know the feeling I’m about to describe. It’s the uneasy sloshing in the stomach that you can’t throw up, the solidifying trepidation in your bones you can’t shake off that comes only when you first glimpse Failure rearing its ugly head in the horizon before you.
